Personality: Isaac is virtuous and caring, yet not to a fault, as he can also be critical and confrontational towards those in opposition to the task he has been assigned. He believes in giving people the benefit of the doubt and allowing people to try and make up for past mistakes. He cares deeply for his friends and willing to put his life on the line on to save them. He usually has pretty good judgment and tries to think things through before jumping head first into something.

Character's History: A Venus Adept, an individual with the ability to manipulate earth based forces of nature such as ground and plants through a sorcerous craft called Psynergy, Isaac comes from the town of Vale at the foot of Mt. Aleph.

He and his close friends Garet and Jenna, both of which were Mars Adepts, joined the scholar Kraden in exploring the mountain’s Sol Sanctum, circumstances though brought Isaac and company to see the group led by Saturos and Menardi pilfer the Sanctum of its four Elemental Star jewels so they could restore Alchemy to the world by activating the four Elemental Lighthouses across Weyard while they took Jenna and Kraden hostage. Among them was Felix, Jenna’s brother who was thought to be killed three years ago by a boulder along with their two parents and Isaac’s father Kyle.

The guardian of Alchemy’s seal, The Wise One, explained that the restoration and subsequent abuse of Alchemy by the citizenry could have potentially disastrous consequences for all, so Isaac received the great task to pursue and defeat Saturos’s band. Thus did Isaac set out on an epic journey across Weyard as the leader of a group of friends that included his confidant Garet, Ivan a young Jupiter Adept he met at the town of Vault and Mia a Mercury Adept who joined them as well at the wintry town of Imil where Saturos’ group lit the Mercury Lighthouse. Also in Isaac's group were a horde of elemental creatures known as Djinn which strengthened the user they were attached to and could even be used to bring fourth powerful elemental summons.

Although he pursued his objective valiantly, and in fact was able to ultimately slay Saturos and Menardi in a climactic confrontation atop the aerie of Venus Lighthouse, two of the Elemental Lighthouses were nonetheless activated and he then had to continue pursuing the remaining members of Saturos’ group – his former friend Felix, who was also a Venus Adept and the Water Adept Alex who was a fellow apprentice of Mia whom betrayed her when he left to help activate the Lighthouses – both of which continued in their quest in Saturos’ stead.

After Isaac failed to stop the activating of Venus Lighthouse he continued his efforts to prevent the restoration of Alchemy with Babi’s Lemurian Ship which would allow Isaac passage over the ocean in exchange for a special elixir from Lemuria to prolong life. Unfortunately Babi passed away soon after leaving the ship to Issac as a gift.

Further in his journey Isaac and his group were locked in mortal combat with Karst and Agatio, Warriors bent on avenging the deaths of their clan mates Saturos and Menardi at Jupiter Lighthouse when Felix stepped in to battle the pair and save Isaac and company with his own group that had willingly decided to help him being his sister Jenna, Sheba a young Jupiter Adept like Ivan who was in search of her past and Piers a Lemurian Water Adept from the hidden civilization of Lemuria who joined the group after being saved by Felix, like Sheba, and later on made the choice to stay with the group after being asked to by King Hydros of Lemuria however Hydros’ lord adviser, Conservato, knowing that Alchemy in the hands of mankind could be disastrous warned him if he left he would be banished never to return.

Afterwards, Isaac learned the startling truths about Alchemy from Felix about how it was actually necessary for the elemental Lighthouses be activated so the world of Weyard could survive, which made him come to the decision to defy the Wise One’s command and join Felix in restoring Alchemy to Weyard. Felix also revealed that his and Jenna’s parents along with Isaac’s father were alive and safely being held at the colony of Prox as captives until the Lighthouses were activated.

As Isaac’s group continued their journey they arrived at their final haven, Prox, home to the Mars Clan. From there they traveled to the top of the Mars Lighthouse where they met the Wise One again who was unpleased with those that “betrayed” him. He explained that if Alchemy was restored to the world mankind itself may destroy the world by abusing its power. Knowing the doom that awaited if they did nothing the large group of Adepts did battle with the Wise One’s three headed Doom Dragon. Upon defeating the dragon, however, the large group realized the Doom Dragon was actually the parents of Felix and Jenna and Kyle, Isaac’s father, whom were transformed by the Wise One. The Mercury Adepts Mia and Piers attempted to heal them but they were to close to death to be cured.

Even though this was a great loss, everybody agreed that if the last beacon wasn't lit then everything that they had went through and all the sacrifices that were made would be in vain. Felix was the one who threw the Mars Elemental Star in to its rightful place. Just then the final Lighthouse was activated as the entire tower began to tremble. To the group the Wise One, who had left during the battle with the Doom Dragon, had sent a telepathic message to the Adepts warning them that they must leave or they would be destroyed, confirming this was Wind Adept Master Hama who blended in with the telepathic conversation. As the Adepts fled the Lighthouse back to the village of Prox they saw that Felix and Jenna’s parents and Isaac’s father were saved by Psynergy the Mars Lighthouse emitted and were returned safely back to the Clans village by the Wise One.

The four Lighthouses – Mars for fire, Mercury for water, Venus for earth and Jupiter for wind - finally activated, radiated a beam for one of the four elements they represent as they all met atop Mt. Aleph and formed the sphere of Alchemy known as the Golden Sun. Alex on the other hand had different reasons to activate the Lighthouses all along and had climbed to the top of Mt. Aleph to obtain that what he wanted most, the power of the Golden Sun. As the Golden Sun’s light had shinned down upon Alex who thought he had gained eternal life and limitless power, the Wise One reappeared, preventing the Water Adept from moving with Psynergy, he revealed that Alex hadn't obtained the full power given by the Golden Sun. While Alex’s life span was nearly endless and his power was increased, the Wise One had transfered a portion of the power to Isaac who didn't have a clue of the power that was now inside his body.

Isaac found that the Wise One had put him and his friends through this entire journey as a test of their resolve; his restoring of Alchemy against the Wise One’s command, and his ability to withstand the temporary trauma of the revelation that he murdered his own farther demonstrated that Isaac was capable to handle the great responsibility of ensuring that Alchemy not be used for evil by people across Weyard.

Back on Mt. Aleph the Wise One had warned Alex that he must flee if he wanted to live because the mountain was being drawn into the earth. The Wise One teleported away as Alex was left to fend for himself, though as the mountain sank away no one knew, not even the Wise One, if Alex managed to escape and live or if he died. The only certain thing that the eight Adepts knew was that the Water Adept Alex had disappeared. Isaac and his friends were told that Mt. Aleph and Vale had disappeared. Fearing the worse for Isaac’s mother Dora and Garet’s entire family along with the rest of the citizens of Vale, every one was was revealed to be safe once they arrived at what use to be Vale. It seemed the Wise One had told the village of what was going to happen as he ensured that every one got out safely. After a joyful reunion, Mia returned to Imil, Ivan returned to Master Hama to find a life with those like him, Sheba left to discover the mysteries of her past and Piers had to hope that his banishment was lifted for leaving to activate the Lighthouses which it had. Isaac, Garet, Jenna, Felix and the people of Vale had to rebuild their village and once it was finished all seemed well.

Unfortunately for them they had no idea about what was happening outside their world. They didn't know of the Heroes who had disappeared two and a half years ago nor that a darkness that could cloud the light of the Golden Sun was finally approaching their world. Only the Wise One knew what was to happen in the coming six months and that Isaac’s new powers would be necessary if he was going to survive against this new threat and help save not only his but every other world but the one thing the Wise One didn't know was what would be the actual outcome...

Sample Post: The clouds began darkening as an ominous feeling sent chills down the villagers spines that made them second guess whether or not they could hold the oncoming threat back until reinforcements came. It was like all of Weyard was falling to darkness even with the Golden Sun shinning bright in the sky. The power of Alchemy was more powerful then ever. That was what they kept telling themselves. But if that was true then why was the rest of the world having so much trouble keeping these beings at bay. If the Golden Sun wasn't there they never would have stood a chance. Who were these cold, dark beings that seemed like the essence of pure darkness itself. It had only been sixth months since Golden Sun was formed by the four elemental Lighthouses. It was thought that a time of peace would come with the sphere of Alchemy but it seemed like the final days of Weyard were at hand. The colony of Prox was constantly doing battle with these violent and merciless creatures, these Heartless. Even the greater military lands were barely fending off the darkness. It was hard to even obtain a small amount of information in the condition of the other lands because these Heartless seemed to be every where. Now they had come to Vale. Had it not been for the people of the destroyed town of Vault who came to seek refuge the villagers of Vale wouldn't have even known of the coming threat. Thats why they sent their four most trusted Adepts to go seek help but many were worried if they were to young. Even with their previous quest bringing hope to many but they were still only teenagers given a task that they thought adults should do, the sad thing though was those four Adepts had more combat experience then any of them could hope to achieve. The small army of villagers and Adepts finally heard their enemy coming. The ground rumbled and shook almost as hard as a powerful Psynergy spell. The number must have been vast to cause this much movement in the earth. In the front lines a man named Kyle spoke with confidence trying to better the moral of those willing to fight. “I know times are dark when they should be full of light and love, I know that times seem difficult and hard to accept, I know that you are all afraid not only for yourselves but for your families as well. Trust me I know that better then most. But the time has come where we must fight to protect our loved ones and our way of life. We had to lay the fate of the world in the hands of eight young adepts sixth months ago. It is time that we took fate in to our own and lay waste to these fiends.” He pointed his hands at the oncoming army of darkness and continued. “Lets do this for every one and lets do it for those eight Adepts who put their life on the line to save the world” The spirit of the villagers seemed stronger and more prepared. They weren't just fighting for themselves but for their loved ones as well. They were counting on them. The Heartless were now only a one hundred feet away when they went from a steady walking pace to a full on sprint. The villagers countered with powerful Psynergy spells to held them back. Help would come they believed in that, they just had to hold these Heartless off until then.

Not far away a blue eyed boy of seventeen and a half years placed his hand on the ground. He being a Venus Adept could feel the vibrations of the earth coursing through his body. Behind him was a couple dozen Jupiter Adepts, a dozen or so Mars Adepts and a small army of Lemurian Water Adepts. Lemuria had been safe from the Heartless invasion so far. Not surprising though as even these creatures must have limits to transportation. If they went by sea they would get lost and crushed by the rock formation labyrinth and if they went by air the thick fog would surely have them completely lost finding either certain doom or the way out. Either way these were all the Adepts the seventeen year old could get together. Walking right next to him were his closest friends. A fellow Venus Adept and second oldest among the eight Felix, His life long friend and confidant not to mention strong Fire Adept Garet, The tomboyish sister of Felix who was a Fire Adept as well Jenna, the graceful Water Adept and main healer Mia, The second youngest and speedy Wind Adept Ivan and the youngest being Sheba also a Wind Adept and finally by far the oldest though his exact age is a mystery the Water Adept Piers. The leader of the group was the blue eyed boy of seventeen and he had to inform those with him of what had begun so he turned around and spoke. “The battle has already begun. We must hurry other wise we may not make it in time.” Every body nodded their head in agreements they began to make haste towards the battle field. The villagers of Vale were doing battle against the Heartless and this very large group of Adepts were the only help they were going to receive. It had taken 15 minutes of this quick paced movement until they were close enough to see clearly the horde of the black abominations. The fiery red head Jenna worriedly spoke to the leader of the group. “Isaac... We can win cant we?” He tried hide his concern hoping that his eyes didn't reveal to much. Luckily arrogant Garet came to the rescue as he spoke with full confidence. “Don't worry about it Jenna, we’ll be fine,” He turned his head to Isaac almost as if he was trying to convince him and get him to agree at the same time. “Right Isaac?” Isaac at first had the normal worried frown plastered across his face but he had to be strong and confident, for his friends. He was thankful of his brash friend. With a quick nod of the head he responded in agreement with Garet. “Right.” Now close enough he and his army of Adepts charged the Heartless offering the help the villagers had waited for and needed so desperately.

The Eight young Adepts stayed as close to each other as possible. Isaac was slashing away and attacked with spells like Gaia which ripped holes in the earth and closed back up crushing the Heartless and Clay Spire which launched large clay spikes on the enemies that were close together while he used Ragnarok creating a huge sword that crashed down and impaled the bigger and stronger ones. Garet was busy as well with spells like Fire Ball and Flare Wall burning the helpless black beings into nothing. Jenna mimicked almost completely using Flare Wall and Beam. Mia used Ice Horn which sent hordes of spikes of ice in to enemies and finishing them off with Tundra freezing the Heartless and then shattering it destroying the Heartless trapped inside. Piers did the same. The two Wind Adepts worked in conjunction summoning down bolts of lighting using Plasma and gusts of wind using Whirlwind and Tornado. With the help they and they're small army provided the villagers of Vale it didn't take much longer until they defeated all the Heartless, for now. All they had done was delay their fate. Something had to be done to get rid of these things for good. All the villagers took rest in their village which was now safe.

That night a small celebration was had. Every one seemed to be enjoying themselves but Isaac was from the party sitting outside the village thinking of what about next time. All the Adepts he gathered would have to head back soon so they could protect their own lands. These Heartless seemed to never stop either. Did his journey activating the Lighthouses mean any thing. It had only been sixth months and things had already turned for the worse He couldn't help but ask himself. “Was it all worth it...?” A serene female voice from behind him alerted his attention. “Of course it was Isaac. You brought hope to those who had none and joy to those who were terrified of the doom that awaited with out the Lighthouses being lit. You did a lot of good when your burden was so heavy.” Expecting it to be Jenna or Mia he turned around to confirm his thoughts. Indeed it was Mia. The words she choose didn't sound completely like Jenna though so it was no great surprise. Even so Mia always seemed to be there to give a few kind words that made anybody feel better and it was always welcome. He got up and turned around in a bit more joyful mood. “Thanks Mi...” His thanks were cut short as he heard screams come from the village center where the celebration was. Both he and Mia ran to see what had happened. When they arrived they saw Heartless were attacking. How could that be he thought they destroyed all the Heartless in this area. They seemed to be popping up out of now where more and more often. The most frightening thing though was that the only ones there were Isaac and his friends. A black hole opened up under Piers and Felix as they were slowly sinking in to it but attempting to fight it off. Jenna was using the spell Fume to fight off the Heartless closest to her while Isaac quickly stated to Ivan and Sheba who seemed to be nimbly staying away from the creatures while hitting them with lighting bolts from their plasma spell. “Go help Felix and Piers before they sink in completely. And where are the villagers” Ivan and Sheba did just that trying to use Whirlwind to suck them out of the black substance. Garet quickly responded to Isaac’s question after slashing down a few Heartless. “They are taking refugee in the Sanctuary until they are geared up to fight.” These all seemed to be weaker Heartless the ones that melted into shadow but they were so hard to get a clear swipe at and they could sneak up on some one with out a sound. Garet gave a slight smirk almost proud that it was their job to be holding off the Heartless this time around. But the strange thing was why weren't the Heartless going for fatal blows, all they seemed to be doing was creating the black substance. Cries for help brought Isaac’s attention to Sheba and Ivan who were also now sinking in to the black substance. He shouted out to them after cutting down another Heartless. "Ivan, Sheba!" Soon after he heard Garet and Mia as well. Even Jenna was caught. Isaac called out to them as well. "Fight it." he to was soon caught in the sticky substance. He didn't want to lose his friends, he wouldn't. Building up his Psynergy Isaac focused it all into multiple Gaia spells creating small rips in the earth as he called out to his friends “Hold on and pull yourselves out” as the black substance began sliding down in to the crevices all the Adepts managed to pull themselves out before the rip in the earth had closed crushing what ever that substance was. Every one was amazed he manged to pull off multiple Gaia's at once with out being phased by the amount of Psynergy he used but to do eight, no one thought it was possible, where did that power come from they all wondered. It wasn't even a half a minute later though when more of the Shadow Heartless jumped Isaac from behind and pulled him down in to that same black substance again quicker then before. His friends ran to him but by the time the made it his head was going under. He could hear his friends cry out his name trying to help him and before every thing went silent all he heard screams belonging to the girls. Every thing was dark and he didn't know where he was. He stood still thinking whether or not the Heartless got his friends or not. He wanted out to help them as he was trying to use his spells but nothing happened. All there was was this black space. He couldn't tell if he was standing or floating. It was almost like he was in a space of nothingness. Was he going to be stuck there for ever? No. He wouldn't allow that he just wouldn't. He shouted it out to convince himself of it. "No!" Just then a blinding bright light appeared a few inches from his chest a few moments later it grew and grew until every where was blinding light. He had to close his eyes to shield himself from the burn the light created when stared in to. When he opened them again he noticed he wasn't in Vale any more, or any where like it. This place looked different from any place he had ever been before. He had to ask himself his own question out loud. “Where am I...” Noticing for the first time in his right hand was an odd shaped sword, one shaped like key. He didn't know where he was or how he ended up where ever here was. As he got up the Keyblade disappeared in sparkles of light though how it happened he had no idea but he could ponder it while he walked seeking other answers as well from the looks of things he could be their quite awhile...
