{WHOO!~ So! Until the Almighty Dictator is able to return, I have been asked to take over her duties in this here thread. Although it won't be as good as her interpretation, I shall try my best! Xd}
The wise, if not slightly eccentric baboon laughed for a moment, nodding. "Your friend has indeed been here already." There was a pause as he finished painting the likeness of Donald onto the stone wall. He turned to the duck and said, "In time, you shall be reunited." By this he was referring to not only Goofy, but Sora as well.
It could be noted that Rafiki did not bother to confirm how long Donald had been gone for. Though it was apparent that the magician had already deduced the truth.
A broad smile spread on the baboon's face. "And soon you shall once again fight for the salvation of many worlds."
Nala had sat and listened without interrupting as the monkey spoke to Donald. Her long tail flicked every now and then near her paws.
It was so good that their friends, heroes against the Darkness, were returning one by one. Although she wasn't completely thrilled by the presence of humans, the Pridelands had been lucky enough to be secured by the Rebellion. However, there were simply too many worlds and too much Darkness to save them all.

"What, again?" grumbled Donald, "Aw, phooey. Daisy's not gonna like this. Can't the worlds look after themselves for once?" He didn't really mean what he said; there was a palpable halfheartedness to his words. However, the thought had crossed his mind, and like so many other things, he just blurted it out. Feeling slightly ashamed of what he said, he quietly added, "Well, at least I'll get to see Sora again. I was starting to miss him..."

(Sorry for the wait. I had company over for a few days and right after that I was on vacation for another few days. ^^' L'anyhoodle, I apologize again and shall now continue.)
Rafiki made no comment on Donald's first remarks about the news given to him. The old baboon knew what the duck truly felt inside. Otherwise he wouldn't have proven himself as a hero so many times over his adventures.
Meanwhile, Nala silently left their presence and went to seek a member of the Rebellion who had aided Goofy when he arrived in the Pride Lands.
A few minutes passed without another word being spoken to the magician. It seemed that Rafiki knew what Nala was up to and decided to wait for her to return. "The time to see him will come soon," he continued at last. "But for now you must learn more about what has happened while you were gone." He looked past Donald at a human walking into the den. "Agent Slaughterhouse," he said, nodding to the figure with a smle.
"I'm here for the hero," the man replied, looking over the duck and presumably not even noticing him.
With another grin and a gesture, Rafiki guided the man's gaze to Donald.
"Donald Duck: Court magician and fighter alonside Sora and Goofy. I am Agent Slaughterhouse with the Rebellion." He leaned forward and offered his hand for the hero to shake.

(No problem. I'm actually going away for the weekend, so this'll prolly be my last post until Monday.)
Donald looked over the newcomer as he cautiously offered a feathered hand. Well, looked up at, to be more accurate. The fellow towered over Donald.
"Um, nice to meet you." he rasped as he shook Agent Slaughterhouse's hand. Slaughterhouse? What kinda name is that? Before Donald could allow the question to be blurted out, a different, and far more pertinent, question came out. "What's the Rebellion?"

A look of surprise could be seen on the agent's face for the briefest of instants before a stolid expression replaced it. But of course Donald wouldn't know about them. He had been gone for the last three years. There was much to be explained. Most of it would be done off-world, but for now he would summarize what they did to the best of his ability.
"The Rebellion is the leading force of light in this universe of ever-growing darkness," he replied patiently. "After you and the rest of the heroes disappeared three years ago, all the worlds began to fall into chaos. Evil crept out of its hiding places, and with no one able to stop it, took over the worlds, one planet at a time."
He turned away and took a few steps past Donald before continuing. "Some people resisted this grim fate and thus created the Rebellion. Though it is all mostly underground. We have won battles, but as of yet, not the overall war." The agent turned on his heel to face the Court Magician. "For that, we need the heroes." His eyes gazed into his intently. "Will you join us?"
